Rockabilly Reunion of Lake Havasu

Welcome to the official website of the Rockabilly Reunion of Lake Havasu. By purchasing tickets, registering for camping, entering the car and truck show, registering as a vendor, participating in event activities, or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Tickets & Admission
All tickets are subject to availability and the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Tickets are valid only for the event dates and admission specified at the time of purchase. Please keep your ticket or confirmation available for entry.  We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event for unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.

 

2. Camping Reservations
Camping reservations are subject to availability and the specific package purchased.

Campers must follow all event, camping, fire-safety, parking, noise, sanitation, and local regulations.

Camping spaces may not be transferred, resold, or subleased without prior approval.

Additional camping rules and requirements may apply and will be provided during registration or upon arrival.

 

3. Car & Truck Show Registration
Car and truck show registration is subject to the event's available classes and requirements.

Registration does not guarantee an award or specific judging result.

Vehicles must remain in their designated areas and comply with event instructions.

Judging decisions and award selections are final.

Participants are responsible for their vehicles and personal property while attending the event.

 

4. Vendor Registration
Vendor applications are subject to approval and space availability.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, permits, health and safety requirements, and event rules.  Vendors must remain within their assigned space and keep their area clean and safe.

The event reserves the right to refuse or cancel a vendor registration if the vendor or products do not meet event requirements.

 

5. Event Schedule & Changes
Event schedules, performers, activities, vendors, attractions, locations, and other details are subject to change.

While we make every reasonable effort to provide the advertised experience, circumstances beyond our control may require changes.

 

6. Cancellation, Postponement & Weather
The event may be delayed, modified, relocated, postponed, or cancelled because of weather, natural disasters, emergencies, government requirements, public safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Refunds, credits, or transfers resulting from a cancellation or postponement will be handled according to the applicable refund policy and applicable law.

 

7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of purchase, including tickets, camping, vendor registration, and car-show registration.  Please review the applicable refund policy before completing your purchase.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, failure to attend the event does not automatically qualify a purchaser for a refund.

 

8. Event Conduct
All attendees, participants, campers, vendors, exhibitors, and guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely.

Fighting, harassment, theft, vandalism, threatening behavior, disorderly conduct, or failure to follow event or safety instructions may result in removal from the event without refund, where permitted by law.

All attendees must comply with applicable federal, state, county, and city laws.

 

9. Alcohol & Prohibited Items
Alcohol is permitted only where allowed by applicable law and event rules.

Illegal drugs and unlawful substances are prohibited.

The event reserves the right to restrict items or activities that create a safety or security concern.

 

10. Children & Minors
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of minors in their care.

The event does not provide childcare or supervision of children.

 

11. Pets & Service Animals
Pets may be restricted from certain event areas.

Service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.

Animal owners are responsible for the behavior, safety, and cleanup associated with their animals.

 

12. Photography & Video
Photography, video, audio recording, and other forms of media may take place throughout the event.

By attending or participating, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, social-media posts, promotional materials, advertising, or other event-related media.

Rockabilly Reunion of Lake Havasu may use such media for event promotion, advertising, social media, websites, publications, and future event marketing, to the extent permitted by law.

 

13. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Rockabilly Reunion may involve inherent risks associated with crowds, vehicles, live entertainment, outdoor activities, camping, weather, uneven surfaces, loud music, and other event activities.

By attending or participating, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending the event, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

14. Personal Property
Attendees, campers, vendors, exhibitors, and participants are responsible for their own vehicles, merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings.

Rockabilly Reunion of Lake Havasu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

 

15. Third-Party Services
Tickets and registrations may be processed through third-party services, including RegFox and payment-processing providers.

Those services may have their own terms, conditions, fees, and privacy policies.

Rockabilly Reunion of Lake Havasu is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party service providers.

 

16. Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate and current information when purchasing tickets or completing any registration.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of a registration or denial of participation.

 

17. Privacy
Information collected through our website, ticket purchases, camping reservations, car-show registrations, vendor registrations, and other event activities is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

 

18. Right to Refuse Participation
Rockabilly Reunion of Lake Havasu reserves the right to refuse admission, registration, camping privileges, vending privileges, or participation in event activities when reasonably necessary for safety, security, capacity, eligibility, rule violations, or other legitimate event-related reasons.

 

19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rockabilly Reunion of Lake Havasu, its organizers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, participating organizations, and affiliated parties will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from attendance or participation in the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

 

20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

 

21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
